RC Adventures, LLC Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are final.
RC Adventures, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because a customer:
- Changes their mind
- Orders the wrong item
- No longer wants the item
- Finds the item elsewhere at a different price
- Orders an incompatible part
- Does not read the product description, specifications, or compatibility information before purchasing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product listing carefully before completing a purchase.
Product Photos & Descriptions
Please review all product images, descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, and other listing details before purchasing.
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, merchandise sold by RC Adventures, LLC is new.
If an item is:
- Used
- Previously opened
- A display model
- Demo merchandise
- Blemished
- Otherwise not being sold as new
that condition will be disclosed in the product description whenever applicable.
Product packaging may occasionally show minor shelf wear, handling marks, or cosmetic packaging damage that does not affect the condition or operation of the product.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items Upon Arrival
If you believe you received:
- The wrong item
- An item damaged before or during delivery
- An item missing components
- An item that appears defective upon arrival
please contact RC Adventures, LLC within 3 days of delivery before attempting to return the merchandise to the store or ship it back.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Clear photographs or video when applicable
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging if shipping damage is involved
RC Adventures, LLC may request additional information before determining the appropriate next step.
Do not return or ship merchandise back to RC Adventures, LLC without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Manufacturer Defects & Warranty Claims
Most products sold by RC Adventures, LLC are covered, when applicable, by the manufacturer's own warranty.
Warranty claims for defects, failures, or other issues covered by a manufacturer's warranty generally must be submitted directly to the manufacturer according to that manufacturer's warranty procedures.
Examples may include claims involving:
- Electronics
- ESCs
- Motors
- Servos
- Transmitters
- Receivers
- Chargers
- Batteries
- RTR vehicles
- Manufacturer-covered components
RC Adventures, LLC may provide proof of purchase or other reasonable assistance when needed for a manufacturer warranty claim.
Manufacturer warranty eligibility, coverage, repair, replacement, or denial is determined by the manufacturer and is subject to that manufacturer's warranty terms.
Items That Have Been Used
Once an item has been:
- Used
- Installed
- Driven
- Run
- Modified
- Programmed
- Soldered
- Painted
- Cut
- Trimmed
- Glued
- Assembled
- Damaged after purchase
it generally cannot be returned to RC Adventures, LLC.
If a problem develops after use, the issue may need to be handled through the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
RC Parts & Compatibility
RC parts are often vehicle-, model-, version-, or application-specific.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.
Opening, installing, modifying, or attempting to install an incompatible part does not make the item eligible for return or refund.
If you are unsure whether a part will fit your RC vehicle, please contact RC Adventures, LLC before purchasing, and we will do our best to assist.
Batteries
Because of safety considerations and the nature of lithium-based batteries, batteries generally cannot be returned after they have been opened, connected, charged, discharged, installed, used, damaged, or improperly stored.
Suspected manufacturing defects should be reported promptly and may be subject to the battery manufacturer's warranty and safety procedures.
Never use, charge, or continue handling a battery that appears swollen, punctured, damaged, excessively hot, or otherwise unsafe.
Special Orders & Pre-Orders
Special-order and pre-order merchandise is non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or distributor, unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically approved by RC Adventures, LLC.
This includes merchandise ordered specifically for a customer that RC Adventures, LLC would not normally stock.
Availability dates provided by manufacturers and distributors are estimates and may change.
Sale & Clearance Merchandise
Sale, clearance, discontinued, closeout, and specially discounted merchandise is final sale unless the item received is materially different from the item ordered or another remedy is required under applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless RC Adventures, LLC determines that the wrong merchandise was shipped or another refund of shipping charges is required.
Customers should not ship merchandise back without first receiving authorization from RC Adventures, LLC.
Order Problems
If there is a problem with your order, contacting us promptly gives us the best opportunity to investigate what happened.

Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact RC Adventures, LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve legitimate order concerns.
If a payment dispute is filed, RC Adventures, LLC may provide the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution with relevant documentation, including:
- Order records
- Product descriptions
- Customer communications
- Tracking and delivery information
- Photographs
- Warranty information
- Applicable store policies
- Other information relevant to the transaction
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase from RC Adventures, LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the product information and this Return & Refund Policy before completing the transaction.
