We may review an order before accepting and fulfilling it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue any refund required for the canceled merchandise.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or commercially use any portion of this website without our written permission except as permitted by law.

An item appearing on our website does not necessarily mean that it is physically available in our retail store or immediately available for shipment.

Some products may be identified as pre-order, special order, backorder, limited availability, discontinued, or otherwise subject to additional processing time.

RC Adventures, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent products through photographs, descriptions, specifications, model numbers, and manufacturer information.

Actual product colors, packaging, graphics, accessories, or appearance may vary because of manufacturer changes, production revisions, photography, lighting, or device display settings.

Customers should review the complete product description before purchasing.

Accessories or products appearing in photographs are not necessarily included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Unless otherwise disclosed, products are sold as new.

If merchandise is used, previously operated, a demonstration item, display model, blemished, or otherwise not being sold as new, we will identify that condition when applicable.

SECTION 6 — RC PARTS & COMPATIBILITY

Radio-controlled vehicles and components may vary by manufacturer, model, version, scale, production run, chassis, electronics configuration, and previous modification.

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility information before purchasing.

RC Adventures, LLC may assist customers with compatibility questions, but recommendations are based on the information available to us and do not replace manufacturer specifications or installation requirements.

When compatibility is uncertain, customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering or installing the product.

SECTION 7 — PRICES & PROMOTIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotions, coupons, discounts, bundles, free-product offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, quantity restrictions, and product eligibility requirements.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, offers may not be combined.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, promotional, or data-entry errors.

If an incorrect price materially affects an order, we may cancel and refund the affected merchandise rather than fulfill the item at the incorrect price, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 8 — BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes billing information, shipping information, email address, telephone number, and payment information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout.

We may limit or cancel orders associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, unusually high quantities, resale activity, or other circumstances requiring verification.

We may contact the customer using the information supplied with the order when verification is necessary.

SECTION 9 — ORDER VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

RC Adventures, LLC may review transactions for fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

We reserve the right to request additional information or verification before fulfilling an order.

Depending on the circumstances, we may require additional identity or payment verification, signature confirmation, or another reasonable security measure.

An order may be canceled and refunded when fraud risk cannot reasonably be resolved.

SECTION 10 — SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed and shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, in approximately the order received.

Standard processing is generally 2–3 business days.

Processing times may vary during sales, web drops, holidays, product releases, unusual order volume, or other circumstances.

Certain new-release, RTR, special-order, preorder, distributor-supplied, or manufacturer-supplied merchandise may require additional processing time.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If circumstances prevent us from shipping within an applicable represented shipping period, RC Adventures, LLC will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

SECTION 11 — SHIPPING CARRIERS

RC Adventures, LLC reserves the right to use a different shipping carrier or service from the one initially selected during checkout when reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include lithium battery or Hazardous Materials regulations, carrier restrictions, package size or weight, service limitations, destination restrictions, safety requirements, or other shipping considerations.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees unless the applicable carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service.

SECTION 12 — DELIVERED PACKAGES & SECURE DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Once carrier tracking confirms proper delivery to the address supplied with the order, customers should contact the carrier promptly regarding packages that cannot be located.

This includes packages delivered to parcel lockers, lockboxes, apartment package rooms, mailrooms, gated locations, or other secure delivery areas.

Problems involving an incorrect locker, missing locker key, incorrect access code, unavailable access, or similar post-delivery issues should generally be addressed with the carrier, locker provider, or property management.

RC Adventures, LLC may provide available shipment information to assist with an investigation.

Our responsibilities and procedures concerning lost, damaged, misdelivered, or returned shipments are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SECTION 13 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated by RC Adventures, LLC, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Customers should carefully review product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility, and other information before purchasing.

Customers who believe they received an incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective item should contact RC Adventures, LLC within 3 days of delivery and before attempting to return the merchandise.

Merchandise should not be returned without prior authorization.

Our complete Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and controls return and refund eligibility.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

SECTION 14 — PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS

Pre-order and special-order products may be ordered specifically for a customer or purchased from a manufacturer or distributor based on customer demand.

Estimated manufacturer release dates and availability dates are subject to change.

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by RC Adventures, LLC, a pre-order or special order may become non-refundable after RC Adventures, LLC has committed the order to the applicable manufacturer or distributor.

If RC Adventures, LLC cannot supply an ordered product, the customer will receive any cancellation or refund required by applicable law.

SECTION 15 — MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

Many products sold by RC Adventures, LLC include warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranty claims generally must be submitted according to the manufacturer's warranty procedures.

RC Adventures, LLC may provide proof of purchase or reasonable assistance with a manufacturer warranty claim when appropriate.

The manufacturer determines eligibility for coverage under its own warranty.

References to manufacturer warranty procedures do not eliminate any separate rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

SECTION 16 — INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION & PRODUCT USE

RC hobby products may require assembly, installation, programming, soldering, gearing, calibration, adjustment, maintenance, or technical knowledge.

Customers are responsible for following applicable manufacturer instructions and using products appropriately.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper wiring, incorrect programming, modification, collision, abuse, improper gearing, incompatible components, improper maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may not qualify for manufacturer warranty coverage.

SECTION 17 — BATTERIES & CHARGING SAFETY

Lithium Polymer (LiPo), lithium-ion, LiHV, NiMH, and other rechargeable batteries require appropriate handling and charging procedures.

Customers are responsible for following battery and charger manufacturer instructions.

Batteries should not be charged unattended.

A swollen, punctured, crushed, leaking, unusually hot, or otherwise damaged battery should not be charged or used.

Customers must use compatible chargers, appropriate charging settings, proper storage practices, and safe handling procedures.

Improper battery use can result in fire, personal injury, or property damage.

SECTION 18 — OPTIONAL & THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Our website may provide access to tools, applications, payment systems, financing services, carrier systems, social-media features, or other services supplied by third parties.

These services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

RC Adventures, LLC does not control all aspects of third-party services and is not responsible for matters solely within the control of those providers, except as otherwise required by law.

Our website may contain links to manufacturer websites, carriers, social-media platforms, payment providers, warranty providers, or other third-party websites.

Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, product photographs, and model names remain the property of their respective owners.

If a chargeback or other payment dispute is submitted, RC Adventures, LLC may provide relevant transaction information to Shopify, the payment processor, issuing bank, card network, or other organization reviewing the dispute.

Evidence may include order information, payment verification, shipping and billing information, product descriptions, applicable store policies, customer communications, fulfillment records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, signatures, delivery photographs, warranty records, and other information relevant to the transaction.

The final determination of a payment dispute is made by the applicable financial institution or payment network under its own rules.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising payment-dispute rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.

RC Adventures, LLC does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

Except for warranties expressly provided by RC Adventures, LLC, applicable manufacturer warranties, or warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded, website services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit an express warranty created by an applicable product description, representation, or promise, or any implied warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

SECTION 26 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RC Adventures, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper product installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 27 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of another person's legal rights, or unauthorized use of RC Adventures, LLC intellectual property.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify RC Adventures, LLC for conduct for which RC Adventures, LLC is legally responsible.
