Shipping policy
Orders are shipped out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Processing times may vary during web drop weeks. Certain new and RTR items may not be available for immediate in-store pick-up and could take an additional 3-5 days to ship.
Any questions can be directed to sales@rcadventuresllc.com. If you have a question about an order that you placed include your full name and order number in the email.
This only protects orders from damages that occur DURING the shipping process and/or packages that are lost during transit. This does not protect your package from mailbox or porch theft.
If a claim needs to be filed for a package due to damage or loss, you will not get a refund until after the claim has been processed by the postal carrier and only IF they decide to cover the claim.
REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. PACKAGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE DELIVERED BY A CERTAIN DATE, AND USPS DOES EXPERIENCE DELAYS THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER.
If item is returned from being unable to be delivered. Item cost will be refunded; however, the shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded!
